Young Talent Attraction Programs

Within our Corporate University we have developed several programs that intend to attract the best talent. One of these is our Master in International Industrial Project Management, co-designed in collaboration with the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE-ICAI). We are proud, year after year, with the quality of Final Projects based on their experience after a four months internship in Gestamp. As a proof of success of the program, 75% of the graduates join the company after completion of the program.

In addition to this, in Gestamp Technology Institute we develop more than ten vocational programs with a ‘learning by doing approach’, where our students combine the academic knowledge with a hands-on experience in our productive classroom.

These programs nurture Gestamp’s most urgent needs: Tool and Die Design, Production and Maintenance, Automotive Engineering CAD/CAM/CAE Skills Certificate, Quality Engineer and Metrology Foundation Degree and SAP FI/CO Functional Analyst.

Talent generation programs ‘Seed initiatives’

At Gestamp we want to engage our employee’s families in their early stages of life in the automotive sector as we really believe this future digital generation will be the leaders of our industry.

We want to promote the knowledge of the automotive sector from the earliest ages, and in particular to the families of our employees, since we really believe this future digital generation will be the leaders of our industry.

Gestamp Family Exchange is the opportunity for our employees to have an international experience by sending their children to another Gestamp family and then be a host family at a turn. This exchange strengthens the bonds between employees and offers a great opportunity to know other corporate colleagues from a very different and personal perspective.
